“Our 9mth old French Bulldog stayed at Durham Doggy Day Care for a week while we were on holiday. It was the first time we had left him for a length of time and I must be honest when I say I was nervous and anxious about leaving him - this was not justified! From the meet and greet Helen was wonderful with Billie and showed a knowledge of the breed which was reassuring. We went for a walk with her own two dogs and Helen put my mind at rest talking us through her daily routine and asking us questions about Billie's likes and dislikes. While on holiday Helen remained in contact sending us texts and also many pictures on Facebook of Billie enjoying himself with his new friends. This definitely helped us relax on holiday knowing he was having such a good time! I can only say Thank you so much to Helen and her family for her care of Billie and whole heartedly recommend Durham Doggy Day Care to anyone looking for someone to care for their dog while on holiday. Billie will be returning!”
