Teal House - 31 Coombe Street (4 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6/8)

The Outside: Number 31 is the left half of this imposing three storey building in Coombe Street the old High Street of Lyme Regis and now a conservation area. Previously called the 'Green House' it is only minutes level walk to the beach and shops.
You can pull up outside to unload your bags and park your car in Woodmead Halls car park about 100m away for approx £20 a week.

Entrance Lobby: The first room on entering number 31 is the Entrance lobby. To your left is the living room. To your right is the dining room leading onto the Kitchen and garden. In front are the stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathroom. The entrance lobby has oak flooring throughout, an understairs area to store boots, coats and a storage heater to keep everything warm and cosy.

Living Room: Oak flooring throughout the living room with exposed blue lias stone chimney breast and wall. Storage heater plus cast iron electric log burner. Satelite TV and DVD. Two sofas and comfortable chairs to relax in.

Dining Room: Oak flooring throughout and exposed chimney breast and wall. Spotlights in ceiling. Open plan to the kitchen and French windows leading to steps up to the garden. The oak dining table seats 8. Matching oak display cabinet with drawers and radio with cd player. Storage heater that can be over ridden to come on at anytime if necessary.

Kitchen: New contemporary design kitchen with electric oven, hob and extractor. Washing and dishwashing machines. Microwave, toaster and fridge with 4star freezer compartment.

Double Bedroom (1st Floor): We've exposed the brick and stone to give this room a beautiful natural look. Plenty of Blue Liais stone with the possibility of finding some fossils if you look hard enough. The room has a sink, convector heater, a tall freestanding wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bunk Bedroom (1st Floor): This room is small but useful if you need a separate room for one of your party. You can sleep 8 by using both bunk beds but we recommend 6 as the living room is cosy and can only seat 6 properly. There is a storage heater in the room, wardrobe and chest of drawers. It looks out over the garden.

Double Bedroom (2nd Floor): This double bedroom is light and airy and has views overlooking the garden at the back of the property. The room has a sink, wall mounted electric convector heater, a wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk.

Twin Bedroom (2nd Floor): The twin bedroom is at the front of the property and the only room with a glimpse of the sea. The room has a sink, wall mounted electric convector heater, two wardrobes, chest of drawers and a small desk.

Bathroom (1st Floor): New suite installed in 2010. Bath with wall mounted shower mixer attachment.

Shower Room (2nd Floor): New suite installed in 2011. Power shower with separate sink, toilet and wall heater.

Outside Toilet: Not used very often but handy in emergencies or when you're in the garden having a barbecue etc. Also, there a few gardening implements if you fancy doing some pruning!

Garden: Large elevated garden and terrace with lavendar borders and stunning views of Lyme Regis. Two tables and eight chairs plus barbecue and two outdoor cabinets full of beach gear for your use. We can't guarantee it all works but there are inflatable boats, rings, a skateboard and some skimboards.

Lavender Cottage - 30 Coombe St (2 Bedrooms - Sleeps 4)

The Outside: Number 30 is the two storey cottage in the middle of these houses with the blue front door. Coombe Street is the old High Street of Lyme Regis and now a conservation area.

Coveniently located only a few minutes level walk to the beach and shops. You can pull up outside to unload your bags and park your car in Woodmead Halls car park about 100m away for approx £20 a week.

Living Room: From the front door into the lobby with coat hooks you enter the open plan living and dining room area.

The living room has a comfy two seater sofa and two leather bucket chairs. We have satelite TV with all the freeview channels and a DVD player.

There is central heating throughout and a small gas effect fire in living room fireplace.

Dining Room: Part of the open plan living area is the dining area with table and four high back chairs. Window with view of the garden. Open doorway to kitchen.

Kitchen: Fully equiped kitchen with washing machine, dishwahser, electric oven, hob and extractor. The fridge has a small 4 star freezer compartment. Plus a toaster kettle and microwave.

Double doors open out to the garden and stairs lead up to the bedrooms.

Double & Twin Bedrooms: The twin bedroom is on the first floor. The beds can be zipped together to make a double bed if required. There are bedside tables and lamps plus radio alarm clock. Wardrobe and chest of drawers. The double bedroom is on the second floor.

Bathroom & Shower Room: The bathroom is on the first floor and shower room on the second floor. Both rooms have their own WC and sink.

Garden: A tranquil cottage garden at the rear of the property accessed from the kitchen. There are a table and chairs for you to enjoy having breakfast outside or for relaxing with a glass of wine after a day out exploring the jurassic coast or building sand castles on the beach.
