Located on the favoured Berry Head side of Brixham, York Lodge West enjoys spectacular views across Torbay. In a quiet residential area the house is only a short yet scenic walk away from the bustling harbour area. You can enjoy boat and fishing trips, together with a great selection of bars and eateries for sampling Brixham’s freshly caught sea food. Walk in the other direction and you can enjoy the natural beauty of the Berry Head Nature Reserve and the South West Coast Path.

Bedrooms - 3 bedrooms, 2 with king size beds, one of which is ensuite and a twin room. Substantial clothes storage

Bathroom - The luxurious bathroom in our holiday home boasts a deep soaking tub which is perfect for relaxation and comfort.

Entrance Lobby - ideal for the muddy boots and hanging wet clothes after the dog walk

Outside - The outside area offers breathtaking sea views across Torbay, with a spacious area and stunning sunsets.

Conservatory - The sun-drenched conservatory is a tranquil oasis with comfortable seating, and panoramic views of the ocean.

Local beaches
A short walk from York Lodge West are the family friendly Breakwater Beach and Shoalstone Swimming Pool, the only outdoor sea water pool in Torbay. Within 2 miles of Brixham is Broadsands, which is one of the most extensive gently sloping sandy beaches in the Bay, with lots of parking and all facilities. This beach can be reached by a short car journey or, by a long walk along the South West coastal path. The other side of Brixham from York Lodge West are the delightful small coves of Fishcombe, Churston & Elberry.
