Pendragon View is a comfortable and cosy field house conversion. It is well equipped and furnished with everything you should need including a few extras like board games, books, DVDs and tourist information.

Ground Floor
Open plan living-dining room with oak floor, spacious dining area, comfy sofa & arm chairs to enjoy those fabulous views of Pendragon castle, hand-made oak staircase to bedrooms on the first floor.

Hand built kitchen with Westmorland green stone work top, butler sink, electric cooker with oven, microwave, under counter fridge with freezer box, kettle, toaster, washing machine. Stone flag floor.                       

Shower room with walk-in shower, under-floor heating, WC, basin, towel rail. Stone flag floor.

First Floor
Relaxing and spacious double bedroom with king size bed, original beam, cosy window seat, oak floor.

Light and airy twin bedroom with a cosy window seat, original beam, oak floor and built-in storage.

Strictly NO SMOKING or VAPING.

The cottage is heated by air source heat pump central heating with a radiator in every room. Solid oak floors throughout except kitchen and shower room. Unlimited wifi and freesat TV. Stair gate, hair dryer, small iron & board are provided. Travel cot and high chair are available on request.

Outside
Ample parking, enclosed grass garden, seating area with a portable BBQ, lock-up bike store. There is a footh path by the side of the cottage.

Dog Friendly
We welcome 2 fully house trained dogs at a small charge of £15 dog/stay. A choice of dog friendly pubs and cafes within a short drive, 5-10 minutes.
