Sunny Bays Caravan - Dog Friendly Static in Padstow, Cornwall

Ideally located on the North Coast, you can take advantage of visiting a different beach each day. Famously known as the 'Seven Bays' for Seven Days, these 7 glorious sandy beaches are centred around the small village of St Merryn. Beaches include Porthcothan Bay (nearest to Newquay), up the coast to Treyarnon, then Constantine Bay, Booby's Bay, Mother Ivey's Bay, Harlyn and then Trevone Bay (which is nearest to Padstow). There are also some beautiful coastal walks or you may want to take the Camel Trail for a cycle ride.

It has 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) a bathroom with a shower. The main bedroom has a double bed with a wardrobe and dressing table at the foot of the bed. The second bedroom has two single beds and have storage space comprising of over-bed cupboard and a single wardrobe.

There's a gas fire in the lounge area, a large TV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs and books. The kitchen area is equipped with a microwave, toaster, fridge, freestanding cooker, kettle, crockery, kitchen utensils. An iron, ironing board and hoover is also provided.

There is a raised deck, with 2 seater rattan chair as well as a set of 4 chairs and table for outside dining, should the weather permit. There is space to park one vehicle by the caravan.

It is ideal for couples and families looking for a home from home for their holiday, a great base for exploring this part of Cornwall, a golfing holiday, walking the coast path (much of which is owned by the National Trust), surfing the Atlantic breakers, or maybe just sampling the gourmet delights of Padstow (only four miles away).

A bus stop is also in the village where you have the freedom to explore other parts of the coast without needing to use your car. The Cornish Arms (one of our recommended favourites), is a short distance and Rick Stein's franchise serves up simple British pub meals in a friendly atmosphere loved by locals and visitors alike.

The local village has various pubs and restaurants. Grocery shop, fish and chip shop. The supermarket is just 10 minutes away.

We use this caravan ourselves and hope you will find it as homely and convenient as we do.
