Located within a private gated courtyard at the end of a secluded lane just on the outskirts of bustling and picturesque Padstow harbour.A warm & comfortable 3-bedroom house, it has dedicated gated courtyard parking and secure garage storage for surf and leisure equipment, stunning estuary views from the lounge and master bedroom windows and just a stones-throw from The Camel Trail and North Coast Path, perfect for dog walking.
The secluded sun-trap rear garden is fully enclosed and secure for pets, is part lawn and has a patio with furniture, an electrically powered sun-awning and charcoal BBQ.
