Welcome to Kilminorth Cottages: an ancient manor farm, now converted into a tiny, private village of cosy holiday homes. Whichever one you choose, all have been lovingly refurbished – preserving the original features, but offering fresh, modern design in an open-plan layout. And best of all, several come with their own hot tubs!



Our cobbled courtyards give way to beautifully landscaped gardens, tucked away in Cornish woodland. Nestled between the stunning harbour villages of Looe and Polperro, you’re an easy walk away from the Coastal Path, which will lead you to several nearby beaches – from the bustling to the near-unknown. It’s the perfect setting for your luxury escape.

Enjoy the freedom of 32 acres of unspoiled Cornish countryside to explore at your leisure, with plenty of safe space for the kids to play, leading down to the stunning Looe River.



Kilminorth Woods offers walks and picnic areas, and a wander down the lane could take you down to Watergate – a beautiful, hidden spot, rarely discovered by tourists.

There are of course many excellent beaches nearby, including Talland, Looe and Seaton. The Marine Conservation Society offers a good Beach Guide if you need help deciding where to visit next. And if it’s not quite beach weather, you’re very close to some of Cornwall’s famous coastal villages, including East Looe, Polperro and Fowey.



Delicious Local Food For Your Holiday
We can highly recommend a local catering company Angels in the Kitchen who offer a fantastic range of restaurant quality freshly frozen meals available for pre-order. Wherever possible they source the best of Cornish produce and cook in small batches with no additives or preservatives. Their frozen meals are handmade and can be popped in the oven with no preparation or defrosting required.



Dishes available range from Traditional Steak and Ale Pie, Fish Pie and Lasagne to the more exotic Moroccan Lamb Tagine and Thai Curry. Vegetarian options, sides and desserts. Perfect to simply reheat whilst you unpack.

For larger parties of 8 or more many dishes are available as fresh fridge meals with added extras at no extra cost.
